Guidance You Can Trust When It Matters Most

Northlight Divorce Consulting provides the clarity, preparation, and ongoing support you need to navigate divorce with greater confidence

You Don’t Have to Navigate Divorce Alone

Divorce can feel overwhelming. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.

I’m here to help you understand the process, stay organized, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

What Does a Divorce Coach Do?

A Divorce Coach helps you navigate the divorce process.

While your lawyer provides legal advice and your therapist supports your emotional well-being, I help you understand your options, prepare for important conversations, stay organized, and make informed decisions.

How I Support You

  • Gain clarity on your options.
  • Feel prepared for every meeting.
  • Stay organized throughout the process.
  • Reduce stress and uncertainty.
  • Make confident decisions.
  • Build the right support team.

Ready to Take the First Step?

You don’t have to do this alone. Together, we’ll create a clear plan so you can move forward with confidence.

Meet Jackie Santin

Founder of Northlight Divorce Consulting

After more than 20 years of helping friends, family, colleagues, and coaching clients through life’s most significant transitions, I saw firsthand how overwhelming divorce can become when people are left to navigate it on their own.

I also saw the difference trusted guidance can make. Having someone who can explain the process, answer questions, reduce uncertainty, and help you make informed decisions can change the entire experience.

Today, I help individuals navigate separation and divorce with clarity, confidence, and practical, non legal support. My role is to simplify the process, help you stay organized, prepare for important conversations, and make the most of the professionals on your divorce team while helping you avoid unnecessary stress and legal costs.

I am committed to advancing professional standards and collaborating with lawyers, mediators, financial professionals, and other trusted experts to better serve individuals navigating divorce.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, volunteering with The Lighthouse for Grieving Children, enjoying the outdoors, or continuing my professional education so I can better support the people who place their trust in me.

Why Northlight Exists

Too often, people begin the divorce process feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and unsure where to turn. They spend valuable time and money trying to understand the process, organize information, and make life changing decisions without the guidance they need.

We believe there is a better way.

Northlight was founded to bridge the gap between legal advice and the practical, day to day support people need throughout separation and divorce. We help clients understand the process, prepare for important decisions, stay organized, and confidently navigate every stage of their journey.

Rather than replacing lawyers, mediators, financial professionals, or therapists, we work alongside them. By helping clients become informed, prepared, and organized, we enable every professional on the divorce team to focus on what they do best while helping clients make the most of every conversation and every decision.

Our approach is built on clarity, preparation, collaboration, and compassionate support because better informed clients make better decisions.
